A weekly membership that includes one Healite LED light therapy session to support calmer, clearer, stronger skin over time.

The Healite LED Skin Membership is for clients who want consistent, low-downtime skin support. It is suitable for those managing inflammation, breakouts, redness, or post-treatment recovery, as well as anyone looking to maintain strong, balanced skin over time.

You can choose your mode at each visit: Inflammation, Rejuvenation, or Acne. Our team can guide you if you are unsure.

Yes. It can be used on face or body areas.

Each visit includes a 14-minute Healite program within a 20-minute booking time.

Cleansing and skin prep are not included. Makeup removal wipes are provided. For best results, arrive with clean, product-free skin where possible.

Sessions are available Monday to Thursday. You can book up to 2 weeks in advance, subject to availability.

No. Weekly sessions do not roll over, accumulate, or carry forward if unused.

Yes. One freeze per calendar year is available for up to 4 consecutive weeks. Requests must be made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled appointment.

We intentionally limit the number of memberships to protect appointment availability and maintain the quality of care across the entire clinic.

By capping memberships, we ensure our team can deliver the same high standard of service, attention, and treatment experience for both members and non-members, without overbooking or compromising results.

Brains Aesthetics uses Aglow, a trusted subscription platform, to manage all program sign-ups.

Aglow handles secure billing, stores your information safely, and gives you full access to manage your subscription preferences.

You’ll receive reminders and can update your payment details anytime via your Aglow account. It’s flexible, protected, and easy to use — so you can focus on your skin, not the admin.

Please note there is a $10 membership set up fee.

Payments are weekly and processed automatically.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all clients enrolled in the Healite LED Skin Membership at Brains Aesthetics.

1. Membership Overview
The Healite LED Skin Membership provides ongoing access to weekly LED light therapy sessions designed to support skin health, recovery, and maintenance. Membership numbers are limited to ensure service quality and appointment availability.

2. Minimum Commitment and Ongoing Membership
A minimum commitment of 12 weeks applies from the commencement of the membership. After the initial 12-week period, the membership continues on a rolling weekly basis. Membership may be cancelled at any time after the minimum term with 7 days’ written notice. Membership fees continue during the notice period.

3. Inclusions
The membership includes one Healite LED session per week. Members may choose the LED mode at each session: Inflammation, Rejuvenation, or Acne. Sessions are suitable for face or body. Each session includes a 14-minute Healite program within a 20-minute booking time. Sessions are available Monday to Thursday only. Cleansing or skin preparation is not included. Makeup removal wipes will be provided if required.

4. Booking Policy
Appointments may be booked up to 2 weeks in advance and are subject to availability. Weekly sessions do not roll over or accumulate if unused. Membership sessions are for the named member only and cannot be shared.

5. Cancellations and No-Shows
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment or failure to attend will result in the session being forfeited. No credits or refunds are provided for missed sessions. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in booking restrictions or suspension of advanced booking privileges.

6. Payments
Membership fees are charged weekly in advance via the nominated payment method. It is the member’s responsibility to ensure payment details remain valid. Failed or missed payments may result in temporary suspension of booking access until payment is resolved.

7. Freezes
Members may request one membership freeze per calendar year, for a maximum of 4 consecutive weeks. Freeze requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the next scheduled appointment. Membership fees are paused only during the approved freeze period and resume automatically once the freeze ends.

8. Clinical Eligibility
All members must complete a consultation and consent prior to commencing treatment. Clients must notify the clinic of any new medical conditions, medications, or photosensitivity before each session. Brains Aesthetics reserves the right to modify, postpone, or discontinue treatment if clinically necessary.

9. Refunds and Transfers
Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable, except as required by law. Membership sessions cannot be exchanged for other treatments, services, or products.

10. General Conditions
Brains Aesthetics reserves the right to update pricing, availability, or these Terms and Conditions with reasonable notice. Membership access may be adjusted temporarily due to public holidays, equipment servicing, or operational requirements. Participation in the membership confirms acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
