Refund Policy

At Brains Aesthetics, our priority is to ensure client satisfaction with each treatment. We strive to provide high-quality skincare services in a safe, professional environment. To support this, we’ve established a refund policy designed to be fair and transparent to all our clients. Please review our terms below before purchasing any treatments.

  1. General Policy

All services purchased at Brains Aesthetics are non-refundable. Once a service has been paid for and/or initiated, it is considered final. This policy applies to all clients and all treatment types.

  1. Medical Exceptions

If you are unable to proceed with your treatment due to a medically documented reason, we offer a conditional refund policy:

A refund request must be accompanied by a valid medical certificate from a licensed medical professional.

The medical condition should directly contraindicate the treatment purchased, making it unsafe or unsuitable to proceed.

Refund requests based on medical reasons must be submitted within 14 days from the original treatment date.

Please note that approval for refunds in such cases is subject to review by our management team.

  1. Discounted Purchases

For services purchased with a discount or promotional offer, refunds are not applicable. However, clients who wish to cancel their discounted service before it begins may exchange the paid amount for an alternative service. Please note:

The exchange will be based on the actual amount paid, not the original or full price of the discounted service.

If the selected alternative service exceeds the paid amount, clients will be required to pay the difference.

Exchanges are limited to services available at Brains Aesthetics and must be used within 6 months of the original purchase date.

  1. Non-Transferable Policy

All services purchased are non-transferable. This means that any credit, service, or exchange is strictly available for use by the original purchaser only.

  1. Products and Retail Items

Refunds for retail skincare products are only accepted if the item is unopened, unused, and returned within 7 days of purchase, accompanied by a valid receipt.

For items that are defective or damaged, please contact us immediately for an exchange or store credit.

  1. Refund Process

If you qualify for a refund under the conditions specified above:

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Brains Aesthetics reserves the right to deduct any fees associated with the refund process, which will be disclosed to you at the time of processing.
