Every element of the program is personalised — from treatments to home care — and guided by experienced dermal clinicians using advanced technology and protocols for visible, lasting improvements.

The program is suitable for individuals experiencing hyperpigmentation, melasma, freckles, sun damage, age spots, and other pigmentation concerns. It is effective for all skin types and tones, including ethnic skin.

Yes. Our dermal clinicians hold a Bachelor of Dermal Sciences and are university-qualified in understanding and treating different skin types, including melanin-rich skin.

We understand that darker skin tones can respond differently to certain treatments and may have a higher risk of post-inflammatory pigmentation. Your skin is carefully assessed before treatment, and laser settings, treatment modalities and home care are tailored to your individual skin type, pigmentation and concerns.

We use Observ 520 skin imaging to track your skin's progress, providing clear before-and-after comparisons to measure improvements accurately.

We use the Hollywood Spectra Q-Switched Nd:YAG laser, a premium medical-grade laser developed by Lutronic.

Pico lasers are excellent devices and can be very effective for certain indications.

However, Pico is not automatically better than a premium Q-Switched laser.

Cosmelan can be effective for pigmentation, but it follows a more intensive protocol and requires strict home care. Redness, peeling and inflammation are common, and excessive irritation may trigger or worsen post-inflammatory pigmentation in reactive or PIH-prone skin.

The Even Tone Skin Program provides a more personalised approach. Your laser settings, peel strength, booster serums and home care are adjusted to your skin tone, pigmentation type, sensitivity and progress.

This allows us to treat your skin gradually, monitor its response with OBSERV 520 imaging and adapt your plan when needed.

The most suitable option depends on your skin, so we recommend an assessment before beginning treatment.

A pigment inhibitor is essential for this treatment, along with daily SPF application. Your dermal clinician will recommend the best options for your skin during your consultation. Mild redness may occur post-treatment but typically subsides within hours.

To join the Even Tone Skin Program, the first step is to book your skin assessment with one of our dermal clinicians. During this consultation, we’ll assess your skin, discuss your goals, and ensure you’re a good fit for the program. Brains Aesthetics uses Aglow, a trusted subscription platform, to manage all program sign-ups.

Aglow handles secure billing, stores your information safely, and gives you full access to manage your subscription preferences.

You’ll receive reminders and can update your payment details anytime via your Aglow account. It’s flexible, protected, and easy to use — so you can focus on your skin, not the admin.

Please note there is a $10 membership set up fee.

Payments are weekly and processed automatically.

These terms and conditions apply to all Brains Aesthetics skin treatment programs paid on a recurring basis. By signing up for a skin program, you agree to the following:

1. Program Duration & Payments

• Programs are active for 4 treatments and billed on a weekly basis via Aglow.
• The program begins on the date of the first successful payment.
• Payments are processed securely by Aglow. Clients are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds and up-to-date billing details.

2. Treatment Scheduling

• The first treatment will be made available after sign up fee and first payment have been successfully processed.
• Treatments must be booked within the duration of the active program.
• Unused treatments may be rolled over for up to 3 months after their original eligibility window.
• Rolled-over treatments must be used within the active program period or within the 3-month grace period following the final payment.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Programs are non-refundable once commenced.
• Clients may cancel their program with 30 days’ written notice via email or in person at the clinic.
• If cancelled within the first half of the program, a cancellation fee of 30% of the remaining program balance will apply. This fee helps recover the value of benefits provided in good faith, such as treatment planning, clinician time, and early access to perks.
• If cancelled after the halfway point, a reduced cancellation fee of 10% of the remaining balance will apply for the same reasons.

4. Perks & Benefits

• Perks are allocated based on the number of treatments included in your program and may fall under Core Perks or Elite Perks.
• These may include priority booking, complimentary add-ons, birthday upgrades, or exclusive discounts.
• Perks must be used within the active program or grace period. Unused perks do not roll over beyond expiry.

5. Missed Appointments & Rescheduling

• At least 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• Missed appointments without notice may result in forfeiture of that treatment session.

6. Eligibility & Use

• Skin program treatments are non-transferable and valid only for the individual enrolled.
• Not all services are eligible for program use. Eligibility will be discussed at the time of treatment planning.

7. Amendments

• Brains Aesthetics reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time. Notice will be provided in writing or via email to active program participants.

• 10% discount applies to full-priced treatments, products, and add-ons only.
• Cannot be combined with any other offers, promotions, or discounts.
• Discount is valid only for the program participant and is non-transferable.
• Perks must be used within the duration of the program and cannot be carried over once the program ends.
• Brains Aesthetics reserves the right to update or amend perk conditions at any time.
