What happens in the consultation
Around 30 minutes. Assessment first, options second, and only if you want them.

Your nurse listens first. What is bothering you, what you would like to change, and your relevant medical and treatment history.
Facial assessment
Your features, skin and suitability are assessed in person. Some concerns are better addressed with skin treatment than injectables, and we will say so.
Options, risks and pricing
If treatment is appropriate, your nurse explains what is involved, the risks and limitations, alternatives, and the cost. Then you decide, in your own time.
Why we charge $20, and why it comes back to you
A small fee keeps appointment times available for people who want them.

Do I need to know which treatment I want?
No. Book for the concern you would like to discuss. Your nurse assesses your suitability and explains the options that fit, if any.
How does the $20 fee work?
The consultation is $20. If you go ahead with treatment, the full $20 comes off your treatment cost. If you do not, the consultation stays at $20 and that is all you pay.
Am I expected to have treatment on the day?
No. Many people book a separate appointment for treatment. Some proceed on the day where it is appropriate and they feel ready. Either way, there is no obligation.
Who will I see?
A highly experienced, AHPRA-registered cosmetic nurse carries out cosmetic aesthetics consultations. Our wider team includes degree-qualified dermal clinicians, and your nurse may recommend a skin consultation if that is a better fit for your concern.
Will I know the cost before I decide?
Yes. Where a treatment is appropriate for you, pricing is explained during the consultation, before any decision.
