At Brains Aesthetics, we want every gift card to be as easy to give as it is to enjoy. The terms below explain how our gift cards work, how long they're valid, how to redeem them, and what they cover. This is to ensure there are no surprises for you or the person you're treating. Please take a moment to read them before you buy.

By buying or using a gift card, you agree to the terms below.

The Two Types of Gift Cards

We offer two kinds of gift cards. Please check which one you have, as some terms are different.

• Service gift card: redeemable in-clinic for the specific treatment named on the card (for example, the Signature Hydrafacial), used in clinic.
  
  
• Dollar value gift card: works like cash and can be used toward any treatment or product, in clinic or on our website.
  

Validity and Expiry

• Service gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
• Dollar value gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.
  
  

How to Redeem Service Gift Cards

Your Service gift card is redeemable for the treatment named on it, used in clinic. To redeem it, book an appointment and quote your code when you arrive.

Your card entitles you to that treatment even if our prices change after you buy it, so you will never be asked to pay extra for the treatment your card covers.

If, at your consultation, our clinician determines that the treatment is not suitable for your skin type or for medical reasons, you can instead apply its value toward other treatments at Brains Aesthetics. In that case:

• The value applied is the price of the treatment shown on your card.
• You can use that value across more than one visit. Any unused value stays on your account until it is used or the card expires.
• If you choose a treatment that costs more, you pay the difference.
• We do not provide cash or change for any unused value, except where required by the Australian Consumer Law.
  
  

How to Redeem Dollar Value Gift Cards

Your Dollar value gift card works like cash. You can use it toward any treatment or product, in clinic or on our website, across multiple transactions until the balance reaches zero. To redeem it, enter your code at checkout online, or quote it in clinic.

Refunds and Cash

Gift cards are non-refundable and can't be returned or exchanged for cash, in part or in full, except where required by the Australian Consumer Law.

Delivery

Gift cards are digital only and are delivered by email.

For items that are defective or damaged, please contact us immediately for an exchange or store credit.

No Additional Fees

No fees apply to your gift card after purchase. We won't reduce your balance with any administration, account-keeping or inactivity fees.

Lost Gift Cards

Please keep your gift card code secure and treat it like cash. Brains Aesthetics isn't responsible for gift cards that are lost or stolen, and we may be unable to replace them.

Transferring Your Gift Card

Gift cards are fully transferable and can be used by anyone who presents the code.


Your Rights Under The Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or limits any rights or remedies you have under the Australian Consumer Law, including the consumer guarantees that apply to our goods and services.
