If a clinical treatment isn't right for your skin at this moment, we will tell you. There is absolutely no pressure to use your credit on the spot. -
Present your code at reception.
Quote code BSVIP100 on the day, and $100 will be deducted from your chosen skin treatment. This exclusive credit is valid for a single skin treatment, so you can choose exactly where you would like it applied.

Gift voucher FAQ
Can I use the $100 on skincare products, injectables or the Even Tone Program?
No. The gift voucher is for a single in-clinic skin treatment only. It doesn't apply to injectables, biostimulators, products or membership programs.
Do I have to have a treatment on the day of my assessment and do I have to pay on the day I come in for a treatment?
You do not need to have your treatment completed on the same day as your assessment if it doesn't suit your schedule. The $100 gift voucher applies as long as your treatment day is booked and completed by 30th September. Your $100 gift voucher comes with a complimentary skin assessment.
Can I use the gift voucher more than once during September?
No. It's a single use $100 credit, applied to one skin treatment of your choice.
How does the extra 5% work?
Let's say on your treatment day, you decide to go ahead with a skin treatment priced over $1,000. Then we will take 5% off the treatment price, then apply your $100 credit. For eg. on a Sofwave treatment at $1,999, the total savings would be $199.95 (5% of $1999 + $100)
Can I combine it with other offers or membership programs?
No. The gift voucher is for a single skin treatment only, and it can't be used with other promotional offers or membership plans. If you're unsure whether a treatment qualifies, please call us on 03 9996 7466 and we'll check for you.
What if the assessment finds I'm not suitable for anything?
Then you've had a free professional skin analysis and a personalised skin plan recommended by one of our dermal clinician. We would prefer you leave with a clear skin plan than a treatment that won't work for you.
Where are you, and is parking easy?
We are in 35 Douglas Parade, Williamstown.
Parking tips
- Free 1-hour street parking is available directly on Douglas Parade, in front of the clinic
- Free 2-hour parking is available nearby at Stevedore Street (a short walk away), or the Coles customer carpark (enter via Wellington Parade, approx. 4 to 5 minutes walk)
We recommend allowing 5 to 10 minutes to find parking and check in with ease.
