One facial treatment is included per calendar month. You can choose from our curated menu or let your skin concierge select the best option.

We understand emergency skin moments can happen between your monthly facials — whether it's a breakout, sensitivity flare-up, or an upcoming event. Emergency LED is a 15-minute LED Light Therapy treatment designed to calm inflammation, support healing, and restore glow. It’s best used between your scheduled facials or right before a big day. Please arrive with a clean, makeup-free face for best results.

Our membership is securely managed through Aglow, a trusted third-party platform that handles your weekly payments, account information, and data privacy. You’ll receive access to a personal portal via Aglow once you sign up. Your entire experience, from booking to billing, stays seamless and secure.

Yes! 6-month members can pause once; 12-month members can pause twice. Each pause must be 2–6 weeks with 7 days’ notice. Your membership end date will be extended accordingly.

No stress — unused facials roll over for up to 3 months. After that, they expire.

Yes. A 30-day written notice is required. Cancellation fees apply: 30% (first half of term), 10% (second half).

These Terms & Conditions apply to both 6-month and 12-month Brains Facial Club memberships. By enrolling, you agree to the following:

1. Membership Duration

1.1 The 6-month membership is valid for 26 weeks, commencing from the date of the first payment and ending 6 days after the final scheduled payment.
1.2 The 12-month membership is valid for 52 weeks, with the same commencement and end date structure.

2. Monthly Treatments

2.1 Members are entitled to one facial treatment per calendar month, selected from the Brains Facial Club menu.
2.2 Missed monthly treatments may roll over for up to 3 months from the original scheduled month.
2.3 All unused treatments must be redeemed within a 3-month grace period after the membership ends. After this, they will expire.

3. Upgrade Options

3.1 Members may upgrade their monthly facial for an additional fee:

• $20 for a Signature HydraFacial
• $100 for Dermapen Full Face Microneedling
  3.2 Upgrade charges are payable at the time of appointment.

4. Member Perks

Perks vary depending on the membership length (6-month or 12-month) and are only available during the active membership period. Full perk details are provided at the time of sign-up or upon request.

5. Suspension Policy

5.1 6-month members may pause their membership once; 12-month members may pause up to twice.
5.2 Each suspension must be a minimum of 2 weeks and a maximum of 6 weeks.
5.3 Written notice is required at least 7 days before the requested pause start date.
5.4 Weekly payments will continue during the suspension. The membership end date will be extended by the paused duration.
5.5 No treatments or perks may be accessed during the pause.
5.6 The post-membership grace period begins after the extended end date.

6. Appointment and No-Show Policy

6.1 A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel appointments.
6.2 Missed appointments without notice (no-shows) will result in the forfeiture of that session.
6.3 Repeated no-shows may lead to loss of booking privileges and/or removal of priority access.

7. Gifting

7.1 Members may gift their standard monthly facial treatment to a nominated person.
7.2 The gifted facial must be one of the standard facials from the Brains Facial Club menu and redeemed within its validity period.

8. Payments

8.1 Payments are made weekly via automatic direct debit.
8.2 Membership begins on the date of the first successful payment.

9. Cancellation Policy

9.1 Members may cancel with 30 days’ written notice (via email or in person at reception).
9.2 A cancellation fee applies:

• 30% of the remaining balance if cancelled in the first half of the term
• 10% of the remaining balance if cancelled in the second half of the term
  9.3 Any perks already redeemed (e.g. LED sessions, birthday facial, discounts) will be factored into the final account reconciliation.

10. Refunds and Transfers

10.1 Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable once commenced.
10.2 Exceptions may be considered in cases of medical circumstances or relocation, at management discretion.

11. Policy Updates

11.1 Brains Aesthetics reserves the right to amend treatments, perks, or terms based on clinical improvements, availability, or business needs.
11.2 Notice will be provided to members in advance where possible.

1. Treatment Discount: Applies only to full-priced, in-clinic skin and cosmetic treatments. Not valid on already-discounted packages, promotional offers, or bundled services.
2. Add-On Discount: Applies to treatment enhancements such as LED therapy, hydrating masks, targeted boosters, and neck add-ons. Discount does not apply to upgrade treatments.
3. Product Discount: Valid on full-priced retail skincare products only. Excludes discounted products, gift sets, or promotional bundles.
4. Emergency LED Sessions: Sessions are 15 minutes each and must be booked in advance. These are designed for breakout control, inflammation support, or pre-event glow. Clients are advised to arrive with clean, makeup-free skin.
5. Priority Booking: Members are encouraged to pre-book multiple sessions at the start of their membership to ensure preferred time slots, especially during peak periods. Brains Aesthetics reserves the right to manage booking availability.
6. Gifting: Members may gift a standard facial treatment from the Brains Facial Club menu. Gifting does not include upgrades, LED sessions, or perks. Gifting must be nominated in writing and redeemed within the treatment’s 3-month validity.
7. Referral Bonus: Referral credits are awarded only after the referred client completes their first payment. Credits are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash or products.
8. Birthday Upgrade (Elite Only): If your birthday falls within your 12-month membership, you are eligible for a complimentary upgrade to the Platinum HydraFacial during that month. This replaces your monthly facial and must be booked and redeemed within your birthday month.
