Can I choose any treatment with this gift card?
No, this gift card is valid only for the HydraGenesis Facial or the Foaming Enzyme Facial. The recipient can choose between the two.
How long is the gift card valid for?
The gift card is valid for 180 days from the date of purchase. We recommend booking in advance to secure preferred appointment times.
How will the gift card be delivered?
Digital gift cards are delivered via email using our Shopify app, Givy. At checkout, you can choose to send the gift card directly to the recipient or receive the link yourself to forward when the time is right.
Unfortunately, physical gift cards are not available at the moment.
How will the recipient book their treatment?
Recipients can book online or by contacting our clinic directly. We recommend mentioning the gift card at the time of booking.
Can I use the gift card for other treatments or products?
No, this gift card is redeemable only for the selected facial treatments and cannot be exchanged or used towards other services or retail products.
